NIE Marbella is a private desk for the NIE and the residence procedures that surround a purchase or a move to Marbella. It serves buyers, owners, retirees and families, in English, with the reserve their affairs call for.
Its purpose
The smallest paper, the largest decisions
It began with a simple observation. On the Costa del Sol, the largest decisions often wait on the most modest piece of paper: the deed is drafted, the mortgage approved, the school place offered, and the NIE has not yet been assigned.
We prepare the procedures that lead to the number and to residence: the forms, the fee, the appointment, the documents, and a clear brief for the day. Where a question belongs to a lawyer, a notary or a tax adviser, we say so and keep to our part.
NIE Marbella is independent. It has no connection with the Policía Nacional, the Subdelegación del Gobierno or the Ayuntamiento de Marbella, and nothing published here is an official text.

What it is not
Independent of every office
NIE Marbella is run privately and independently. It is not connected with the Policía Nacional, the Ministry of the Interior, the Subdelegación del Gobierno en Málaga or the Ayuntamiento de Marbella, and it has no influence on their decisions. Every procedure described here can be carried out directly with the administration, which charges only its official fees.
